Happy May! I hope you've been enjoying the sunny days if in the UK. I'm so excited to share this newsletter with highlights from May events whilst sharing what's upcoming for June!

I just wanted to share the photo above of this beautiful pink rose from my garden. It brings so much joy when I see the first rose come out followed by a blossoming of all the other roses. 

Witnessing this beautiful creation process makes me in awe of the beauty and wonder of nature!

When we meditate on any gift of nature, from a flower, a stone, a tree, a crystal, we can enter a space of deep relaxation and learn more about the attributes of each of these and connect deeper with the abundance of nature. 

In the UK when there are often days where the sun is hiding, we can appreciate the whispering of the leaves in the trees from the wind or the sounds from the raindrops, relishing the beauty of nature in all seasons through using all of our senses. 

Next time you are out in nature, maybe you can sense what you notice. I'd love to hear what you discover!

1. Online Qigong & Dragon Gong Meditation every Friday 12.30-14.00 

Qigong is an ancient Chinese system of holistic health practice for overall healing and wellbeing. It integrates a series of gentle physical & energetic movements, breathing techniques & focused intentions to maintain & strengthen our chi which is our vitality or life force energy & gong is to look with or gain skill. It's a perfect moving mindfulness practice that is perfect preparation for meditation or Tai Chi. 

2. Group Qigong & Gong Sound Bath Meditation 7 June 2025 6.30-8pm

Join us for a relaxing experience of Qigong followed by a Gong Bath Sound Meditation! Release any tension with 30 minutes of gentle movements in the ancient Chinese practice of Qigong, followed by a 1 hour deeply relaxing gong sound bath. 

Allow healing vibrations to soothe your mind, body & spirit as you release the stresses of your daily life!

Experience an array of sound textures including Gong, Himalayan Bowls, Chimes & an eclectic mix of percussion instruments to promote deep relaxation, calm & balance.

3. Local Community Offerings

I am offering weekly Qigong Classes & Gong Sound Bath Meditations at the local community centres in Banstead, Reigate, Horley as well as other locations.

4. Holistic Fairs

I really enjoyed meeting with the local community in Worplesdon near Guildford on 11 May at the Holistic Fair.

Podcast on Between Lives, Past Life Regression, Near Death Experiences & Evolution of Consciousness 13 June 2025

Andy Tomlinson and Reena Kumarasingham are internationally renowned leading pioneers and experts in the field of regression, between lives spiritual regression and  exploration in the evolution of consciousness. 

You'll have the opportunity to hear from them about the launch of their new book 'Between Lives - Past-Life Regression, Near-Death Experiences ('NDE') and the Evolution of Consciousness.'

This book contains extensive research and evidence to ascertain whether consciousness survives physical death including a comparison of NDE and Between Lives Spiritual Regression ('BLSR'). 

It includes an account of Reena's NDE as well as the impact of my  NDE and comparison with BLSR sessions. This is the first time I have openly shared my own experience in the book. 

The next part includes practical exercises to clear stagnant emotional patterns, strengthen relationships, manage energies, build effective boundaries and transcend self-imposed imitations. 

It explores the evolution and expansion of consciousness as we birth this new era.
