GROUP QIGONG CLASS WITH DRAGON GONG MEDITATION (ONLINE)
1 hour gentle Qigong followed by 30 minutes Dragon Gong Meditation
Qigong is an ancient Chinese system of holistic health practice & moving mindfulness practice. It comprises a series of gentle physical and energetic exercises for overall health, wellbeing and for the immune system. It works through healing, maintaining and strengthening our physical and energetic bodies. ‘Qi’ is our vital life force energy. ‘Gong’ is to work with and gain knowledge and skill.

Just as there’s different types of yoga, there are different styles of qigong.
Through regular class attendance, you may learn various different styles of Tai Chi & Qigong including Golden Spine 9, Bad Duan Jin, Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi Sets 1 & 2, Fragrant Buddha Qigong, Cheng's 8 Exercises for Health, Cheng Man Ching Yang short form & Fa Soong Gong.
Qigong helps regulate our energy system & support our body's natural ability to relax, sleep better & feel more energised to better meet daily demands of modern living.
Regular practice helps you feel more energised, balanced, calm, centred allowing you to live to your full potential in every moment.

Come join us for a relaxing experience of Qigong followed by a Gong Bath Sound Meditation!
Release any tension with 30 minutes of gentle movements in the ancient Chinese practice of Qigong, followed by a 1 hour deeply relaxing gong sound bath.
Allow healing vibrations to soothe your mind, body & spirit as you release the stresses of your daily life!
Experience an array of sound textures including Gong, Himalayan Bowls, Chimes & an eclectic mix of percussion instruments to promote deep relaxation, calm & balance.

Immerse yourself in the medicine wheel, smudging, drumming, sacred songs, chants.
Drumming circles can be a creative and fun exploration into shamanic drumming which may build a deeper connection within, with others through meeting new people and building a cohesive community. In addition to drum and rattle healing, various themes such as elements, power animals, moon or nature cycles can be explored using a variety of rhythms, medicine songs or chants.
