Additional Course Costs and Materials:
- At Part Two - You will need Insurance, Student Membership and the Biosonic C&G Tuning Forks
- Student Membership - £40 updated Jan 2023 (covers you for two years)
- Insurance for UK Student Members - £35.50 per annum
- Biosonic C&G Tuning Forks - between £53.00 and £65.00 plus postage available from the CoSH website or www.soundtravels.co.uk
- At Part Three - You will need the College Course CD and the Seven Healing Drones CD – these are £6 each to download from the College website
- After Part Four - Marking Your Final Essay - £30.00 charge. The final essay is sent to an external examiner, from whom you will receive direct feedback.
- First Aid Course (required to graduate): The First Aid Plus Online Course covers you for 3 years and costs £35. Other First Aid Courses may be more expensive.
Additional Sound Healing Workshops
In addition to completing the core curriculum students will need to complete one or two additional Sound Healing Workshops to broaden and deepen their knowledge of Sound Healing through different mediums e.g. working with Gongs, Giving a Group Sound Bath etc.
These workshops can be taken before or during attending the core curriculum. Students can choose from one of these options:
- Two one day workshops (minimum 6 hours per day) One weekend workshop (minimum 12 hours)
- The College of Sound Healing Conference
- The cost will vary depending on which workshops you choose to attend. A one day workshop will cost between £50 -£90. A two day workshop will cost around £170 – £185
Prerequisites:
- It is important that you are in good health both physically and mentally.
- It is helpful if you have some basic knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology
- It is helpful if you are open to using your voice to Sound
- This course can create shifts in energy and perspective. It is important that you have a support network should you need it
Assessment:
- 2 pieces of written work of approximately 600 words each will need to be completed after each training weekend
- 36 case studies need to be done and written up (it is possible to do up to 4 treatments on one person, not 36 different people)
- At Part 4 there is a practical evaluation where students give a supervised Sound Healing to another student
- A final 3,000 word essay. This is marked by an external examiner (see fee above)
To receive a CoSH Diploma students will need to:
- Attend all five parts of the Sound Healing Practitioner Course (in order and with the same tutor)
- Complete the 36 case studies
- Complete the written work and extended essay
- Attend the additional Sound Healing Workshops
- Become a Student Member of the College of Sound Healing
- Hold a current insurance and First Aid certificate
What to Bring - It is not necessary to purchase any equipment for Part One of the course. For Part Two, students will need to purchase a set of Biosonic C and G Tuning Forks. However, all information regarding this will be given during the Part One weekend. You will also receive your course manual at Part One.
You will need to bring a packed lunch; mug; a pillow; blanket, notebook, pen, folder to keep handouts. Please let me know in advance if you are able to bring a massage couch if you already have one.
What to wear: All training weekends will incorporate voice and body work, as well as the giving and receiving of treatments after Part One, so please wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in and relax.

Option 1: pay in full at the time of booking, total course cost = discounted rate of £1300 instead of £1375 (save £75)
Option 2: book and pay in 2 installments total course cost = £1375
1st payment of £687.50 at the time of booking
2nd payment of £687.50 2 weeks before the part 3 training
Option 3: If you wish to just book for Part 1 as a stand-alone workshop, the cost for the part 1 weekend is £375
If you then decide to continue with the training, full payment of £1000 for the further 4 parts is required to join the part 2 weekend (total cost £1375)
