Energy Management - 1.5 hours

This will be learning techniques of protecting, clearing, cleansing and grounding your energy field and raise your awareness of recognising your own energy.

Nervous System Regulation - 1.5 hours

This involves liberation of stagnant subconscious patterns in your body, mind, emotions, relationships to bring about alignment, calm and balance. The session may involve somatic breathflow, somatic awareness movements as well as dream journeys. It is based on somatic psychology and provides the client with a practical plan and approach for everyday life. The client may be seated or lying down.

Meditation - 1 hour

Meditation can be explored and experienced in a number of ways across different themes. Each session can focus on a different aspect helping you to reach an inner stillness and balance.

Mindfulness - 1 hour

Mindfulness may be defined as deliberately being present in each moment in a conscious non-judgmental way. The aim of mindfulness meditation is to teach you how to train your mind to stay focused on the present moment and to be aware when you are not in that state of being. Mindfulness can form part of a spiritual counselling session.

Remote Spirit Release / Psychic Surgery - 1 hour

This session will involve remotely clearing any spirit attachments, earthbound energy; negative emotional energy and thought forms; detecting and integrating disassociated sub-personalities and balancing the chakras and energy system. There may be energy management techniques and guidance provided to assist in after care of the energy system post the session.

This involves working with clients to heal deep seated soul wounds and intrusive energies using intuitive diagnostic techniques and mediumistic approaches, clearing ancestral and past life blockages; self-healing and balancing with a view to strengthening the core self and link to the Higher Self.

This involves removal and release of other types of intrusive energy including psychic attack; curses; past life contracts; unhealthy cords; spirit attachments, thought forms and negative emotional energy, elementals, earthbound emotional energy; interdimensional energy; energy from other planes of existence.

Space Clearing - 1.5 hours

This is space clearing of homes, offices or land when moving into a new home or office or when experiencing health issues or disturbances in your current environment.  A variety of tools and methods may be used to remove stagnant energy, geopathic stress and any intrusive energies to bring balance and harmony into the space thereby promoting wellbeing and vitality. This may include a rebalancing of the chakras in your home to create your desired home environment such as harmony and peace. The space clearing can be done in person or remotely.

Earth Acupuncture / Land Clearing - 1 hour

Appropriate tools may be inserted at points of intersection of the energy lines or physical areas to bring about healing of the earth energies or the landscape that may have been subject to toxins, trauma or depleted energy. An assessment is first carried out followed by applying the earth acupuncture points. This session can be standalone or in addition to other space clearing techniques to remove geopathic stress. This involved clearing and balancing each of your chakras or energy centres to remove stagnant energy from these areas and to feel recharged and rebalanced within.

Spiritual Emergency - 1 hour

I assist those going through a spirit emergency by providing techniques and strategies for overcoming spiritual emergency. A spiritual emergency is different to a spiritual emergence or awakening and if you are unsure, I can help you to distinguish while still providing techniques and tools to assist your energy management and spiritual development.

Group QiGong & Tai Chi Class  - 1 hour

Qigong is an ancient Chinese system of holistic health practice for overall health & wellbeing. It integrates a series of gentle physical & energetic movements, breathing techniques & focused intentions to maintain & strengthen our chi which is our vitality or life force energy also known as prana in yoga & gong is to work with or gain skill. It’s a moving mindfulness practice that is perfect preparation for meditation or tai chi.

 Just as there’s different types of yoga, there are different styles of Qigong & Tai Chi.

 Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese form of martial art with key benefits including improved mind & body awareness and improved personal stability/ alignment and relaxation. 

Through regular class attendance, you may learn various different styles of Tai Chi & Qigong including Golden Spine 9, Bad Duan Jin, Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi Sets 1 & 2, Fragrant Buddha Qigong, Cheng's 8 Exercises for Health, Cheng Man Ching Yang short form & Fa Soong Gong. 

Qigong helps regulate our energy system & support our body's natural ability to relax, sleep better & feel more energised to better meet daily demands of modern living. 

Regular practice helps you feel more energised, balanced, calm, centred allowing you to live to your full potential in every moment.

Golden Spine 9 (GS9) is a unique energy practise which benefits on physical, emotional, mental & spiritual levels. Many problems emanate from the spine and can include stuck emotional energy which causes stagnation in the system. 

It is easy to learn and a very effective method that focuses on releasing and healing the power of the spine (which is often considered the epicentre of health in ancient holistic philosophies). It can form a moving mindfulness practise that brings benefits to physical, emotional and mental health.

With regular practise, balance and posture can improve. The movements massage the organs and may clear energy blockages, It helps to open energy channels and safely opens your intuitive abilities. It can be performed swiftly as an energising practice and is the perfect preparation for meditation.

It works on the spine and central energy channel and has links to the first 9 letters/numbers of the ancient Hebrew Alphabet, as well as the numbers and symbols within the Soul Plan system.

Structure of a Qigong & Tai Chi class

All levels of abilities and fitness are welcome. It comprises gentle and slow movements.

It is recommended to wear loose and comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. It is recommended to wear trainers for the class. The movements will mainly be standing. You may wish to bring a water bottle with you.

Anyone with a health condition or recovering from illness or injury, should practise the movements at 50% capacity and consult their medical professional, to advise them that you are taking a class of gentle movements.

Everyone is advised to practise the movements at 70-80% of their capacity. Your capacity will increase over time.

Pregnant women can practise at 70% first trimester, 50% second trimester and focus only on the meditation in the last trimester.

Group Hatha Yoga Class  - 1 hour

Hatha comes from the Sanskrit word 'ha' or sun & 'tha' or moon, to create a union of the sun (masculine) and the moon (feminine). 

Hatha Yoga focuses on physical postures (asanas), controlled breathing (pranayama) and meditation to balance mind, body and spirit. 

Yoga is derived from Sanskrit word 'yuj' which means to unite. Yoga is the art to know one's inner self. It originated in ancient India during the Vedic period. 

There are multiple benefits of yoga including stress reduction, improved posture, balance, circulation, increased flexibility, strength, energy and an enhanced immune system. 

Regular practice may also enhance spiritual development, deepen meditation practice and  expand consciousness.
