QIGONG

Qigong is an ancient Chinese system of holistic health practice. It comprises a series of gentle physical and energetic exercises for overall health, wellbeing and for the immune system. It works through healing, maintaining and strengthening our physical and energetic bodies. ‘Qi’ is our vital life force energy.  ‘Gong’ is to work with and gain knowledge and skill.

Golden Spine 9 (GS9) is a unique energy practise which benefits on physical, emotional, mental & spiritual levels. Many problems emanate from the spine and can include stuck emotional energy which causes stagnation in the system.

It is easy to learn and a very effective method that focuses on releasing and healing the power of the spine (which is often considered the epicentre of health in ancient holistic philosophies). It can form a moving mindfulness practise that brings benefits to physical, emotional and mental health.

With regular practise, balance and posture can improve. The movements massage the organs and may clear energy blockages, It helps to open energy channels and safely opens your intuitive abilities. It can be performed swiftly as an energising practice and is the perfect preparation for meditation.

Golden Spine 9 (GS9) is a relatively recent system developed by Blue Marsden. It incorporates ancient and classical movements inspired by Yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong & Shamanism, as well as natural animal movements.

It works on the spine and central energy channel and has links to the first 9 letters/numbers of the ancient Hebrew Alphabet, as well as the numbers and symbols within the Soul Plan system.
