Embracing & Celebrating Spring Equinox Energies!
I'm so excited to share this newsletter with prior highlights whilst sharing what's upcoming!
In the Northern Hemisphere, Spring Equinox is the time to welcome the emergence of new beginnings & ideas.
In the Southern Hemisphere, Spring Equinox marks a period of harvest & integration.
Spring Equinox calls us to our remember the essence of who we are, while embracing who we are becoming, uniting each of us to flow with nature's cycles & natural rhythms of life, opening our hearts to new beginnings, love, light, joy & gratitude.
How can I best integrate energies of Spring?
Gently allowing what has been planted over winter to sprout & emerge without force, trusting what is arising within you & allowing yourself to blossom in a way & time that is perfect for you.
With this integration, your system recalibrates & adjusts itself in perfection with its own divine nature. Your awareness gently expands opening yourself up to any shifts in perception.
You may continue to engage in this process in the following ways:
1. Spend a few moments each day focusing on your breath & connecting to your still centre within.
2. Spend time outside in nature connecting & synching your heartbeat to the natural heartbeat of the earth.
3. Notice where your energy may feel lighter, more expansive or aligned.
4. Journal your thoughts & feelings & use creative ways such as painting, drawing, movement, your voice to express the energies flowing through you.
5. Consider ways to declutter your environment to allow space for the new to flow through as your environment reflects an extension of your energy.
6. Nurture connections with loved ones & community perhaps through a shared passion such as meditation creating magical moments of joy & laughter together & opening up to opportunities for collaboration, sharing & unity consciousness.

1. Gong Sound Bath Meditation 23 May 2026 7-8pm
Join us for a deeply relaxing experience of a Gong Bath Sound Meditation!
Allow healing vibrations to soothe your mind, body & spirit as you release the stresses of your daily life!
Experience an array of sound textures including Gong, Himalayan Bowls, Chimes & an eclectic mix of percussion instruments to promote deep relaxation, calm & balance.
2. Shamanic Drumming Circle 25 April 2026 6.30-7.30pm
Immerse yourself in the medicine wheel, smudging, drumming, sacred songs. Drumming circles can be a creative and fun exploration into shamanic drumming which may build a deeper connection within, with others through meeting new people & building community through rhythm.
Various themes such as elements, power animals, moon or nature cycles can be explored using a variety of rhythms, medicine songs or chants.
3. Qigong & Tai Chi - Every Wednesday 13.00 - 14.00
Qigong is an ancient Chinese system of holistic health practice for overall healing & wellbeing.It integrates a series of gentle physical & energetic movements, breathing techniques & focused intentions to maintain & strengthen our chi which is our vitality or life force energy & gong is to look with or gain skill. It's a perfect moving mindfulness practice that is perfect preparation for meditation or Tai Chi.
‘Qi’ is our vital life force energy. ‘Gong’ is to work with and gain knowledge and skill. Just as there’s different types of yoga, there are different styles of Qigong & Tai Chi.
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese form of martial art with key benefits including improved mind & body awareness and improved personal stability/ alignment and relaxation.
You may learn various different styles of Tai Chi & Qigong including Golden Spine 9, Bad Duan Jin, Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi Sets 1 & 2, Fragrant Buddha Qigong, Cheng's 8 Exercises for Health, Cheng Man Ching Yang short form, Fa Soong Gong, Tai Chi Qigong Ball training for mobility & Eighteen Harmonies for Qigong. Qigong helps regulate our energy system & support our body's natural ability to relax, sleep better & feel more energised to better meet daily demands of modern living. Regular practice helps you feel more energised, balanced, calm, centred allowing you to live to your full potential in every moment.
4. NEW Every Tuesday: Pilates 10.30-11.30; Hatha Yoga 11.45-12.45
NEW Every Wednesday: Yogalates 10.30-11.30; Yin Yoga 11.45-12.45
All levels of abilities & fitness are welcome.
Hatha Yoga Classes focuses on physical postures (asanas), controlled breathing (pranayama) and meditation to balance mind, body and spirit. Yin is a slower paced, more meditative style with postures held for longer.
There are multiple benefits of yoga including stress reduction, improved posture, balance, circulation, increased flexibility, strength, energy and an enhanced immune system.
Regular practice may also enhance spiritual development, deepen meditation practice and expand consciousness.
Includes: Initial relaxation & warm up to mobilise joints, sun salutation or postures (asanas) to enhance strength & flexibility, breathing exercise (pranayama) & meditation to bring balance & harmony
Yin Yoga Classes - this is a more meditative style where static postures are held between 2-7 minutes to calm your nervous system into parasympathetic or rest & digest state. It is a 3 stage approach of finding your edge, focusing on your breath & surrendering into the pose. I allow silence & offer affirmations.
NEW Yogalates Classes - combines the core engagement focus on Pilates with the flexibility, breathing & holistic approach of Yoga.
NEW Pilates Classes - focusing on core strength, posture, balance & flexibility through controlled movements.
