2024 Year of Transformation & New Beginnings
I'm excited to share with you my 1st newsletter from my new website which includes reflections coming up to the end of 2024, upcoming events & welcoming in new beginnings with new workshops for 2025!

Reflections from 2024: 2024 is the Chinese Year of the Wood Dragon related to growth, abundance and good fortune. The dragon signifies transformation through collective evolution of consciousness of humanity and spiritual awakening.
I also felt this dragon energy as this year I launched my new website; engaged in programs to enhance my services now offering psycho-spiritual integrative psychotherapy; ocean drumming; nervous system regulation through somatic awareness movements and dreamtime practices. I also felt blessed to receive my very own dragon gong which is a welcome addition in my qigong classes & sound baths.
